Warning the Public

If you value your safety please do not rent from the social 2700 located at west Pensacola St Tallahassee FL 32304 those people they do not care about you all they care about is $$, roommate crackup the heat 92 degree inside the apartment am disable in wheelchair could not reach the thermostat to turn it down or off so I called the police by the time they arrived I was on the floor passed out and I hand up in the hospital being treated for vertigo, sychrope and chronic headache, I just move out here from another state I honestly regretted moving out here now because those people at the social knew about my health conditions and put me with psychopaths' *** who leave doors opened, please for your safety and security stay out of the social 2700

Poor response and not tenant minded for covid protection

Unfortunately this is not a company who will look out for their tenants. We had a tour by a staff of theirs, and only to know that the next day the person was out due to sickness. They will not tell us anything about potential covid exposure. It's not a covid conscious company at all. Additionally, don't even think about you can get a hold of anyone by phone. It's always a voice message, and no one would get back to you on anything. Their lease dept was utterly unresponsive. If one has any other choices in the community, I would sincerely suggest that you RUN. I was very disappointed in my interaction with this company. One star would have been too much. 2.3 average rating is about correct.

Property Maintenance

I love animals but that doesn't mean I want to pick up after yours! Trinity allows the same pet-owning tenants to allow their animals to urinate and *** in the hallways, carports, and on the property. They should have to pay a fine or move out. With the pandemic, this is neither healthy or safe. It's just plain rude but that's the type of people who live here.

Rent Increase

Do not rent any properties with Trinity. They raised my rent $500 within a one-year lease period. I was informed by the property manager that my rent is not supposed to be affordable after being loyal to and living at the property for FIVE YEARS! I never paid my rent late, my apartment was kept immaculate, and I never made noise. Trinity is not concerned about their tenants, they only care about $$!

Vanessa goes over and beyond her job duties shows sincere compassion and truly cares about her clients. She helped me and when I wanted to quit and thought it was over she encouraged me to keep going and keep pushing and together we finally got our house. Thank you, Vanessa, for everything you did.

Horrible experience

St Louis, Kansas region has complete trash leadership, specifically Clarissa Douglas and Courtney Petty. They are ruthless and will drop you at the dime of a hat. You are nothing to them even if you work hard and have amazing numbers at your community. They are clicky, petty, and evil.

They suck

They want to put kids out on the streets from jumping on the floor, and they won't do anything about neighbors playing loud music and being racist

Report Trinity Property Consultants to the Better Business Bureau, if needed. Past/present tenants can file an official complaint there.The BBB helps to resolve disputes or you can just leave a review/or both.

Being kicked out when all I want is a light filled

I've live under Trinity Properties for almost 6 years I love my apartment . But my manager is upset cause I called the Regional office on him, cause he's not fixing our apartments. I'm disabled, and I have no light in my bathroom. I also just paid my rent on the 6/5 and Friday he gave me a letter saying he was not going to renew my lease. But when the money was taken out of my account it renewed my lease. He told me I had till 7/5 to be out. I have never missed my rent. I picked up after my dog when she was alive. I pick up trash. I don't bother anyone. He's just mad cause I went over his head cause nothing is being fixed. I live in Fort Smith Ar. At Crown Ridge Apt . This place is my home. He never gave me any reason of I had done to be asked to move out. I am physical disabilities and only make a disability check . I do work part time. But that's not much. So Chris's the manager is going to kick me out of my home instead of fixing what needs to be fixed. Thank you Barbara Goodwin

Don't rent from this company

I asked NUMEROUS TIMES TO SEE APARTMENT and was told they either didn't have an empty apartment to show and then on move in date they said they didn't have time as they got off in 15 minutes. I had to move into this apartment as no where else to stay. The apartment was FILTHY. I stayed up all night cleaning so I could at least go to bed. It took me two weeks to finish cleaning . I did complain to manager the morning after I moved in her statement was to hire a professional cleaner.I am a senior on social security.,the dishwasher had copious amt of ?mold and brown crude inside, as did the washer and dryer.the wire shelving in kitchen,laundry area, main bathroom, hallway closet, and bedroom closets were coated with a black substance which had to be SCRUBBED with super green (used to clean grease on cars, BBQS and EXTREME greasy items) . the ceiling fan in living room needs to be fixed as it shakes when on and the one in the guest room I won't even turn in because Iam AFRAID it is going to fall off .the carpets are going to need to be clean as there are stains which look like *** marks from animals and walking on them FEELS like they are dirty too. the outside light does not work properly even after changing light it flicker. the tracks to the sliding glass doors have dead bugs and BLACK . The tile floors in living room, kitchen hallway and both bathrooms took 3 times with a steam mob to get clean .the kitchen cupboards had food crumbs and were dirty also.I was VERY HONEST with managers and told them I DID NOT get my SSA check until the 3rd of the month so I could not pay my rent until the 3rd. I moved in on Dec19,2019 and paid in full what was required . I got home on Jan 3rd with M.O to pay my rent and had a note on my door stating I was delinquent with my rent and had 5 days to pay or be evicted. The manager told me that they were notified that ALL residents were to pay on the FIRST of the month or get this notice(this is an income based property with most residents get paid on the 3rd) which every month getting a notice and a$25.55 charge to delivering the notice. I tried to take pictures but my phone and iPad are older versions and pictures were poor quality . I did ask managers to look at apartment but they were too busy which is when they told me to hire a professional cleaner. tried to rate this company but my iPad would not work when I tried to click below so my rating is VERY POOR . and I am here for one year.

I called a regional manager based off of a number that’s was given to me by an employee she was rude and unprofessional kept saying she was sitting with the attorney in a threatening manner and I was only calling to get a resolution to injuries obtained on a property they own due to negligence their property is unsafe and very dangerous for yourself and especially kids

Moldy rooms

My son lives at the Social Chico. He has been there only 4 months and has been very sick the entire time he's been there. When he walks into the room it smells like rotten food and the bathroom is full of mold. The property manager will not even entertain the idea of helping him and put it right back on his lap saying it was fine when he moved in. It wasn't. The pics I have of the mold shows it has been there for a long period of time. He's a vegan and they will not work with him so he pays $260 a month for nothing and there isn't anything in his lease about paying for a meal plan. There are no parking spaces for him as other people are parked there. They are lying and saying there is parking for everyone. So full of *** it's unbelievable.
