Moving in 6 days cannot reach them,

As of today Tuesday July 8th 2014, I have not received any information of the unit I will be renting in Mercer Place, GA if I can move in on such a date, what unit I will be receiving, etc. etc, etc. even I dough I have called, and called and called and called, and emailed. It seems to me that you never intended to rent a unit, you only “***” people into making the application form, charge the fees, a voila you made $300 from the sucker. Well please note that I will be fighting you all the way to get my $250 dollars back (I will concede the initial $50) for the initial application, but I will NOT I repeat NOT grant you the other $250, you have not EARNED in any way, since you haven’t even had the decency to call me. This has caused me great distress, not knowing where I was going to move to, having to look for another apartment (that by the way answered in 24hrs), having to change my moving plans, and since this is a move for company needs, you have completely messed with my companies scheduled. I will make it my mission to let every renter that plans to go to your apartments in Atlanta, that you are no better than “*** artist”, and to stay clear from your properties.

Reluctance of Morgan Office to Accommodate Need for Internet Service

Paul Griffith 2401 Westridge St. Apt 2910 Houston, TX 77054 July 28th, 2014. Trinity Management Services Dear Manager, I do understand that any enterprise as large as the Morgan Apartment complex will have an order of priority determined perhaps by the time a request is made in order to attend to problems regarding a particular tenant’s demand. However, when a tenant has been consistently denied address for a problem, then the matter must be taken beyond the personnel previously called upon and this is the purpose of this letter. On Thursday July 17th, 2014, I called the office on Westridge Street, spoke to Kelly, and asked that the wiring in apartment 2910 be checked and completed in that a technician from Comcast we had contracted to install internet service and cable said, on his visit on Wednesday July 16th, that the service could not be installed since the wiring had not been completed and that the Morgan Apartment had to complete the wiring before he could install the services we paid for. Kelly said that a maintenance person would come and make the inspection on Friday the 18th. No one came on Friday. I phoned the office again on Saturday July 19th, spoke again to Kelly who said the inspector would come on Monday. No one appeared on Monday. I called spoke to Shantah (name might be spelled incorrectly) who communicated with Kelly and said someone would come on Tuesday. When on Tuesday around 2:00 P.M., no one appeared, I called the office and spoke to another person whose name I didn’t take down but who said that a technician was in the office and she would send him over. The technician sent by the office came to the apartment soon after. I let him in, but as soon as he entered, his cellphone rang and he went back outside and did not return. I waited one day (Wednesday ) then called the office several times on Thursday but no one picked up, and no one was sent out to attend to the problem. On Friday, I went to the office and spoke to another officer who said she had to wait for a report from the person the office sent on Tuesday. I pointed out that the person who came on Tuesday could give no report because he had inspected nothing. Clearly such a response was meant to further frustrate demand for action and continue to do nothing. My wife went to the office on Sunday July 27th, 2014, ten days after the initial request was made. Once again Kelly promised to send someone the following day, on Monday 28th. It’s now 1:00 P.M. Monday and yet there is no action. There must be some authority in this city and/ or state that looks after tenants’ rights to see that legitimate requests for services are rendered to accommodate tenants’ basic needs. I must communicate with my work place from home and need reliable internet service. Since the officers at the Morgan Apartments seem reluctant to or incapable of providing what is essential to my livelihood, my next step will be to seek the direction of the respective authority for instruction on how further to proceed regarding this matter. Sincerely Paul A Griffith 626 673 ****

Property Manager Retaliation

I requested my packages be refused delivery because they were always opened or appeared resealed. The manager immediately became defensive and asked me when my lease was up…this went on for some time. I just couldn't believe her attitude--she said if I wanted to communicate with her further I needed to send any requests to her by USPS. I recently sent their office a letter requesting services and they refused my mail, per the returned letter. My apartment number was circled and in large letters a staff person wrote "REFUSED". I am attempting to send them the requests again, as Kristin has refused to acknowledge any phone calls I have made to their office. This staff has entered my unit without notice, they have increased my rent and then threatened to evict me when I refused to pay (I have a fixed rate lease). When the lights were out in the parking lot and the stairwells, no one responded--the lights were out for several weeks, and even the security patrol were alarmed. I have never been rude or disrespectful to anyone working in the leasing office and have really tried to work with everyone. When I installed a camera to prove that they were not giving proper notice Kristin said, a camera was not allowed in my unit and started threatening me with non-renewal of my lease. I can't believe this woman has been a manager for 20 years. I sent a letter to them a few months earlier regarding this and she said she never rec'd it although her staff signed for it. I complained to the BBC, so I wasn't surprised to find several very similar complaints regarding this organization. I am also speaking with a Tenant Rights worker on Monday before I take my complaint to my law office. I just want to work this out and move on, but I'm afraid it won't be that simple. The manager is flat out rude and resorted to racial slurs when I refused to engage or respond to her attacks (quite frankly I thought she was unstable and this really scares me, because I live here). Further I suffered a severe injury and I'm still healing so threatening not to renew my lease based on her own personal feelings about me has caused me unbelievable stress. But continuing to live here is even more stressful, given the manager's unrestrained hostility towards me.

Car Towing Review

I live in california on one of the property that they own. My mother is under hospices. We had a medical emergcy. Under hospice we can not call 911. We have to call them. So the nurse came out to help with the emergcy she parked in a visitors spot. Her car was towed. The tow company nor the apartments would help with getting her car back for free. Kept getting the run around. No one would help.

The park manager, Bonnie kelly said she was going to do her best to try and evict me

we had an agreement that I would make payments every Friday before 5pm. well I stay in hill top, phenix city ,al. And where I work we normally get paid on Friday. recently we had a snow storm and our checks could not be mailed due to the icy roads. I informed her of this and said I would pay when I got my check, got a letter today saying I have to pay 990.00 before the 10th. or i am evicted. Not a lot I can do about fed ex not mailing my check. she told me personally that she would do everything in her power to find a way to evict me because her son doesn't like me. He lives here to. roach invested, my bathroom is rotting out, Making threats to your tenants is about as unprofessional as it gets. And wants me to pay this amount on a Sunday when they are closed. Do not live here they are disrespectful and unprofessional. They do not take care of the trailers, and we have mold growing in the walls because they leak, wasn't in formed of that either.

The reason you didn't pay doesn't matter. The bottom line is you didn't pay.

They sent you the letter just in case you don't pay. They must go through a process to evict you, and they'll start that process as soon as legally possible.

I think I would take my $990 and find somewhere else to live!

You don't want to work for this bunch...

Forget your tenure in this industry, it's meaningless to these people. Especially when it comes to salaries. I have 29 years experience as a Maintenance Tech and they offered me $26,880 a year. I was referred by a friend. I took the job in hopes they'd see my worth. I got "promoted" to a new aquisition and got to work for Assistant Maintenance pay along side a nutbag that was clueless...unqualified to be a manager. She got a hold of my phone one day and forwarded my calls to a total stranger and would constantly complain about her husband. Very unprofessional. 3 regionals in 4 months time Unstable at best.

Wow 29 years experinence as a maintenance tech, how is it you never moved up to the head guy? I bet your resume reads like a Steven King book, nobody likes or wants to work with a job hopper. I'm with you though on some of the managers, but over all the apartment world is full of drama, I'm sure you play a good role as a drama queen, good luck on job number 50.

Worse company ever!!!

Trinity Properties held a Job fair at the CNN center Omni Hotel this past 11/21/2013. My self and about 15 others were there at 8:45-9:00 am. When walking to front desk we were told that they had cancelled. The events person stated that she had been trying to contact the ladies since 7 am. So while the group is waiting the people for this company walk in and we never see them. Finally a woman that works at the Omni came over and asked if we were here for Job fair we replied yes. She stated that iut had started over 45 minutes before. We find the room and there is so many people here. I spoke to one of your ladies and asked why did she not at least come to where a whole group of people who need jobs, took off jobs, and paid for gas and parking be treated so bad. The worst of it is that most everyone was dressed professional but the people who were interviewing. It was very unorganized and they looked like they just rolled out of bed. The lady I spoke to stated that she woke up late. I know I need a job but to work for a company whose own employees don't care about the people who came out, im so glad I did not stay a minute longer. I have the experience but never will apply to your company. horrible company that will abuse peoples time and money.

The worst experience of my life for 3 years

i have never before met such an group of incompetent jackas*ses in my EXISTENCE!! from day ONE i had issues. from WEEK one, i was sitting down with the assistant manager and head manager to discuss my itemized list of complaints. i had to contact the BBB to get someone to come fix my bed bug and rampant roach infestations. i had maintenance and pest control miss a combined total of 50+ appointments, which i had to wait at home for, just because yadira wouldnt put in my requests or direct them to the correct apartment! i have had my toilet not work for a week, my ac not work for a month, multiple floods and breakage of my property, rude maintenance men, including a maintenance man who wanted to *** with me, and my fridge went out, causing me to lose $100 worth of food. not only would they not replace the food, they acted as if they were doing me a FAVOR by replacing the fridge! my apartment was egged multiple times and they wouldnt clean it up, there were loud fights on the property, awful security guards who had no idea what they were doing, people leaving entire bags of trash on the lawn, people peeing in broad daylight on the sides of the apartments, 2 arsons, a 3 story fire from someone using a bbq, foot chases, you name it. i have seen tagging, prostitution, robberies....i could go on and on! to say i am livid is not even CLOSE to efficient. oh and when the new property management came in, i tried to talk to them as well, and in private. nothing was done. when i moved in, the place wasnt even PAINTED all the way, and they handed me a bucket of paint, telling ME to paint it myself! 3 years and i finally had enough money to move out, or i would have done it sooner. trinity doesnt return my repeated calls, management never ever calls back, yadira just sucks period, and oh..did i neglect to mention that i got an eviction notice on my door over 5 CENTS?!

BE WARNED this company will rip you off. They are basically isolated from the tenants that pay the rent.

You cannot call their office and talk with any live person all commuters 24/7. In violation of lease agreements they are constantly finding creative ways to get extort more money from their tenants; Trash, Water, Sewage, Taxes most of which is not on their lease. They do not communicate with tenants on any changes they make without warning then fine you if you do not immediately comply. They do not allow you to pay rent unless you pay on line through their system which charges for each transaction.

If you complaint about anything they find a way to start an eviction process to get rid of you. They do not recognize any of the consumer protection laws, including Debt Collection and Fair Billing laws. They force you to buy insurance from their insurance company or the application is not processed. They operation under several alias names on the same property at the same time.

They will not provide the name of the real party of interest the owners as required by law. They do not accept certified mail. They do not allow applicant to review leases without being observed by management and will not allow tenants to review blank leases outside their office. If you do not have a phone and computer most services customary management services are not available to their tenants.

American With Disabilities Act is not recognized by the co. They do not recognize any tenant group on their property. When you renew your lease do not be surprised if the rent rate doubles.

They provide no usage information on utilities they force tenants to pay for. Visit: www.CreditBureaAid for more information.

When they say " community redefined" they sure mean it. Only a money grubbing group of lowlifes would define what they have to offer as a "community" Grade A Slum lords that profit from your loss.

International Residence Austin, TX: The worst company that I have EVER rented from! I moved from Southern California where all the regulations are difficult, however when I moved to Austin into their apartment complex called International Residence I began to live in ***.

Don't be misled by all their advertisements or a family oriented, animal loving facility. These people like to nickle & dime you....inconvenience you in any and every possible way from parking your car in a paid spot (yes, I said a spot that I have to PAY FOR which still doesn't assure my space). Having to move your car because they need to make repairs on "CERTAIN" parts of the parking lot & they've dug the hole & put caution tape up around the hole that they dug up on REBARB standing straight up...and some didn't have a warning.

And someone did get hurt?? I have photo's to prove it.

This apartment complex is trash should be government funded projects.

Guest

International Residence is old and a certain amount of concession is acceptable. However, the majority of Naoko5's statement is completely accurate.

The dumpsters are always full and the trash is strewn everywhere.

YES, they do eventually fix things after you call them 5 or 6 times to put in the same repair order. The management is at best inept and at worst blatantly negligent.

Guest

It is apparent that you must have some association to this facility. Because you wouldn't be defending this place.

I have more photo's to post if you'd like to see them, such as bugs that I found in my apartment and beer bottles found in my apartment when they accessed it when I wasn't there. PLEASE....it is obvious that you do not live there!

Guest

First off what is "rebarb"? Do you possibly mean "rebar"?

The metal reinforce bars placed in concrete? Why did you walk through an area that was so obviously under construction and a hazard? Do you really think that the EXACT path you wish to walk will always be clear? No apartment complex will be magically free of ongoing repairs.

Yes, with the Texas sun beating down so constantly the parking lot will need to be repainted as the paint fades and yes, you will need to move your car when they need to do so. NO apartment is perfect! Be glad you aren't paying 2 or 3 times more for an apartment half the size! Where are you seriously going to find an apartment that is 1,700+ square feet for $850 in 2011??

I will gladly Dodge repair work on this 30 years old complex to have that much space. Plus they actually DO fix things!
